What we collect
The only personal data we currently collect is what you submit through the waitlist form: your email address, and optionally the name of the app you would like us to host. We do not use advertising trackers or third-party marketing cookies on this site.
Analytics
We measure how this site is used with a self-hosted instance of Umami, a privacy-focused analytics tool. It sets no cookies, collects no personal data, and does not follow you across other sites — we only see aggregate, anonymous statistics such as page views and which buttons are clicked. It runs on our own servers in the European Union, and nothing is shared with third parties.
Why we collect it
We use your email address for one purpose: telling you about Openbay early access when it opens. We will not send you marketing beyond that without asking for your consent first, and we do not sell or share your address with anyone.
Where it lives
Waitlist data is stored on servers located in the European Union, operated by Orange Bleu (Belgium).
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it entirely. Write to privacy@openbay.dev and we will handle it promptly.
